The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) is a professional association servicing the needs of more than 18,000 appointed and elected local, state, and provincial—level government officials and other finance practitioners. It provides publications, training programs, services, and products designed to enhance the skills and performance of those responsible for government finance policy and management.

The GFOA’ s Annual Conference gathers thousands of public finance professionals each year to share ideas, develop technical and managerial skills, view new products, and network with peers from across the country and around the world. The theme of this year’s conference is Innovation and Resilience.
